Thousands died in the earthquake of 2015 Mr Aslam Ian Roberson and Kwaja Aslam flew into Kathmandu when people were fleeing the city. MIAT provided food and immediate help with water. After having assessed the situation on our return we were invited by ITV for an interview as we were raising money for 1000 tin huts for remote villages well out of Kathmandu. These houses were built with the help of locals. Subsequently, MIAT was involved in supporting sanitation.
