Our main focus in Bangladesh has been to provide cataract operations regularly through Hamid Malik of People’s Needs in Birmingham. We carry out 200 operations over 3 days annually. However, when a natural disaster strikes we step up. During the 2022 floods, we sent Farouk from Farouk Brothers in Walsall to personally deliver aid.
